1. Use of the website

2. Services

Our services include website and app development, CRM and custom software, digital marketing, SEO, ads management, social media, AI automation, video and design work. Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms for each project are agreed in writing before work starts. Where a written agreement exists, it takes priority over these general terms.

3. Trainings and Gold Membership

• Course content, schedules, formats and fees are as described at the time of enrolment and may be updated.
• Access to recorded courses, live sessions and materials is personal to the enrolled learner and must not be shared, resold, recorded or redistributed.
• Access duration, refunds and cancellations are as communicated at enrolment.
• Completing a training does not guarantee employment, income, clients or any specific result.

4. Payments

Fees are payable as agreed for each service or training. Prices shown on the website, if any, may change without notice but will not affect enrolments or agreements already confirmed.

5. Intellectual property

The EdgeAIHub name, logo, website content, course materials and recordings belong to EdgeAIHub or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Ownership of work created for clients is defined in the relevant project agreement.

6. Third-party tools and links

Our services and trainings may involve third-party tools or platforms (for example AI tools, ad platforms or hosting providers). Their use is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for changes to or availability of those tools.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EdgeAIHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, data or business arising from use of the website, services or trainings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service or training concerned.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its updated date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
